Shipping Costs

Initially, you will receive preliminary information regarding "Delivery Date and Shipping Costs" for the selected individual product on the product detail page. On the shopping cart page, the final setting of delivery date and shipping for the entire cart contents takes place. At the beginning, the delivery time is always displayed in "Standard" for the postal code 10001 (Germany).

After the goods have been dispatched, you will additionally receive a shipping confirmation via email.

Here you have the option to change the country and postal code depending on the desired delivery address. The delivery time can also be adjusted.

The calculation of shipping costs is based on the product weight. For individual, very large products, deviations in shipping costs may occur due to the ratio of weight to volume. These will be displayed to you in the shopping cart. Examples include: seat cubes, seat cylinders, bean bags, large floor elements, sun umbrellas.

Please note that a change in delivery time, due to the associated re-determination of production time, also leads to a change in the product price.

Attention:

  • Shipping costs consist of packaging costs (not included in the product price!) and external transport costs.
  • The consolidated delivery of the shopping cart contents with multiple order items in one shipment leads to a reduction in shipping costs.
    This would not be possible with individual shipments.

Parcel Shop - UPS Access Point™

Parcel Shop - UPS Access Point™ locations are part of the UPS network and offer a convenient parcel pickup or return service near you. UPS Access Point™ locations are often found at newsagents, grocery stores, and consumer markets, etc. You can use the UPS Access Point™ network in various ways due to extended opening hours.

Multi-Address - Shipping to Multiple Delivery Addresses

For partial deliveries to different addresses, shipping costs are calculated per address. Shipping is carried out depending on quantity, weight, volume, and delivery address via UPS or freight forwarder. In addition to the shipping costs, a service surcharge (€6.43 incl. VAT / €5.40 excl. VAT) per address is charged.

This service is not available with the delivery times Express, Express 12, Overnight, and Overnight 12!

Customs, Taxes, and Fees Abroad

Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply for deliveries to EU foreign countries or non-EU foreign countries.

Additional Shipping Costs in Special Areas

Please note that additional shipping costs may apply for deliveries to special areas (e.g., islands, Chiemsee, Zugspitze, Büsingen). Please contact us before placing your order.
