Print Data Submission

You have several options to submit your print data to us:

• Print Data Submission via Data Upload

  For quick and straightforward print data submission, the Data Upload Area is available under My Account. After completing each order, you can immediately switch to the upload area.
  Select the "Order Number," then the "Position Number," and upload the print data for your order. However, you do not have to submit the print data immediately after ordering; this is also possible at a later time. Please note that the data upload is possible up to a maximum file size of 1 GB. Do not send compressed files.

• Print Data Submission via Email

  Alternatively, we are happy to receive your print data via email. For clear assignment of your data, please include the "Order Number" and "Position Number" in the email. Please note that only a maximum data size of 20 MB can be received via email.

• Print Data Submission via Postal Mail

  For data submission via postal mail, you can also send us the print data compressed as *.zip or *.rar.
  Please indicate the "Order Number" and "Position Number" on the CD, DVD, or USB stick, complete the corresponding form, and include it with your shipment. Only in this way can the secure assignment of your print data to the corresponding order be ensured and fast processing guaranteed. Please send the print data to the following address:

Important Notes

Submit your print data in one of the following file formats:

• Standard data check supports: *.pdf, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.tif, *.tiff
• Professional data check supports: *.pdf, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.tif, *.tiff, *.ai, *.eps, *.cdr, *.psd, *.indd, *.qxd, *.bmp, *.fh, *.fh10, *.fh11

When submitting open file formats from programs such as InDesign (*.indd), Illustrator (*.ai), or Corel Draw (*.cdr), ensure that all linked files are embedded or included to allow error-free processing. The same applies to the fonts used; convert them to outlines wherever possible.
