What are Job Options?

The job options or PDF presets assist you in creating your print data. Joboptions contain important specifications for generating PDF documents. These settings affect the embedding of fonts, image compression, and color conversion. These presets are precisely tailored to the requirements of the printing company and the printing processes used there. They therefore have a decisive impact on the quality of the generated print PDF.

Job Options from Vispronet^®

Vispronet^® provides a special job options file for download to assist you in creating your print PDFs. This is intended for use in Adobe programs Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Usage of the File

Please save the job options file on your computer and then load it into your graphics program (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign). This way, you generate PDF formats from which we can optimally process your print data. Detailed information on usage can be found in our comprehensive guide on using the job options.

Note: The job options are not suitable for Adobe Distiller or Corel Draw.
