Print Data Verification

Standard Data Check (free of charge)

Vispronet® performs a comprehensive standard data check for all orders. Upon completion, you will receive a detailed inspection report. Please refer to the table below for the inspection criteria. If the print data complies with Vispronet® specifications, the order will be immediately released for production.

If your print data does not meet the requirements, you will have the opportunity to revise the data and resubmit it for verification. Please note that this may delay production and delivery times.

Professional Data Check (optional)

Alternatively, we offer a chargeable professional data check (€29.75 incl. VAT / €25.00 excl. VAT). In this review, our graphic designers thoroughly examine your print data, check additional criteria, and make adjustments within a time frame of up to 15 minutes. Additional adjustments beyond this scope will incur extra costs per graphic unit (1 graphic unit = 15 minutes for €20.83 incl. VAT / €17.50 excl. VAT).
You will also receive a detailed inspection report afterwards.
