After the goods have been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

Shipment tracking is available for shipments via UPS and Dachser using the provided tracking code from approximately 7:00 PM on the day of dispatch.

You can also find the tracking code and the current status of your order in your "Customer Portal" "My Account" "My Orders"

Please select the corresponding order there.

With UPS My Choice®, you decide how, where, and when your private delivery should be made. Additionally, you receive estimated delivery and status notifications and can set and modify vacation holds and delivery addresses.
