Correct Personal Data

Under My Account My Data   you have the option to maintain your user account. Please ensure that fields marked with the mandatory symbol (*) are fully completed. Your data will be required later in the ordering process for assignment and precise addressing and are subject to data protection. Please confirm the accuracy of your data after completing your update and save it.

Change Password

Under My Account Change Password   you can change your password stored in the system at any time. Please enter your current password that you want to change and replace it with a new password. Finally, to prevent typing errors, confirm the new password a second time. Please note that your new password must consist of at least eight characters (letters and numbers).

Create Address Book

Under My Account Address Book   you can edit addresses, add additional addresses, or delete them if necessary. Furthermore, newly added addresses can also be used as delivery, billing, or sender addresses. There are no restrictions on the number of addresses that can be added.

Subscribe or Unsubscribe to Newsletter

Under My Account Newsletter   you have the option to subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Please use the checkbox to make your selection. The newsletter subscription is free of charge.

View My Orders

Under My Account My Orders   you can view the status of your order at any time. By selecting the respective order, you will be directed to the detail page where all included items are displayed. Here you can, among other things, upload delivery notes and place reorders within a period of 2 years. Furthermore, by selecting the respective item, you can also approve proofs and release print data.

Contact Us

Under My Account Contact   you can contact us using the provided online form. Please ensure that fields marked with the mandatory symbol (*) are fully completed and select a subject.

Submit a Complaint

Under My Account Complaint   you can report complaints using the provided online form. Please ensure that fields marked with the mandatory symbol (*) are fully completed. Additionally, you have the option to upload photos of your disputed goods in JPG, PNG, or GIF file formats, with a maximum size of 10 MB.

View Wishlist

Under My Account Wishlist   you have the option to view your favorite products in an overview. By clicking Add to Wishlist, you can save your products and designs in the wishlist both during the product configuration process and on the product design page. The configuration or design will be saved in the wishlist for 60 days from the last modification date. Before the data is deleted, you will receive an automatic reminder email to the email address you provided.

Upload Print Data and Delivery Notes

Under My Account Data Upload   you have the option to submit your data to us via both "Upload Print Data" and "Upload Delivery Notes". Please note the permitted file formats JPG, TIF, and PDF as well as the maximum file size of 1 GB.
