Shipping to a Different Delivery Address

Upon request, we also ship your goods to a different delivery address than the standard delivery address. Please select an existing address under Delivery Address during the ordering process or simply create a new address.

Parcel Shop - UPS Access Point™

UPS Access Point™ locations are part of the UPS network and offer a convenient parcel pickup or return service near you. UPS Access Point™ locations are often found at newsagents, grocery stores, and consumer markets, etc. You can utilize the UPS Access Point™ network in various ways due to extended opening hours.

Please note that parcels must not exceed a maximum weight of 20 kg and a maximum length of 97 cm. This check is performed automatically by Vispronet^®, and accordingly, the delivery option "Parcel Shop - UPS Access Point™" will be shown or hidden during the ordering process.

Multi-Address - Shipping to Multiple Delivery Addresses

With Multi-Address, we offer you the possibility to send partial deliveries to different delivery addresses within Germany. This relieves you from the complex organization and distribution. It saves time and reduces stress!

To use this service, please select "Multi-Address - Shipping to Multiple Delivery Addresses" under Delivery Address during the ordering process. Then you can upload a table in Excel 97 - 2003, Excel 2007 - 2013, or Libre-/OpenOffice format containing the addresses of your recipients. The table will be checked immediately and rejected with an error message if necessary. It is best to use the provided sample table to comply with our specifications.

For partial deliveries to different addresses, shipping costs are calculated per address. Shipping is carried out depending on quantity, weight, volume, and delivery address via UPS or freight forwarder. In addition to the shipping costs, a service surcharge of €6.43 incl. VAT (€5.40 excl. VAT) per address will be charged.

This service is only available within Germany and not for Express and Overnight delivery times!

Shipping with Neutral Sender Address and Your Delivery Note

We offer you the option to ship goods with neutral shipping documents, neutral sender addresses, and neutral packaging. Please select the corresponding option under Delivery Address during the ordering process.

Additionally, you have the option to carry out the shipment with your delivery note. In this case, please provide us with your delivery note (shipping documents) as a PDF. To do this, after completing your order, go to the data upload area of your customer portal "My Account," select "Upload Delivery Note," and then select the desired "Order" to which you want to assign the delivery note.

Please note for deliveries to EU countries that in this case your valid VAT ID number cannot be considered. The calculation will be made with VAT included.

Upon handover of the goods to the transport company, the client, if an entrepreneur, assumes responsibility.
