Delivery Times
Depending on the product, the selected printing process, and the delivery address, you can choose from the following delivery times:
As a general rule: The delivery dates specified within the order include both the internal production time and the external shipping time. Shorter delivery times (Express, Express 12, Overnight, and Overnight 12) always require shorter production times and shorter shipping times.
Only one delivery time can be selected per order. When ordering multiple items, the delivery time is determined by the longest delivery time of the products in the shopping cart. For example, if only one of several order items is to be delivered "Overnight," the Overnight item must be placed as a separate order.
All information regarding delivery times and delivery dates applies only if error-free print data is provided by the client within the deadline and for the payment method "prepayment," subject to receipt of payment. Delivery dates refer to working days from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays at the location of Vispronet®.
Please note that deliveries to special areas (e.g., islands, Chiemsee, Zugspitze, Büsingen) may result in deviations from the delivery date. PO boxes, parcel stations, and DHL post offices cannot be supplied.
By the way, Express and Overnight deliveries are possible for almost all products. You can also find information about the respective delivery times of the products during the ordering process under the "Price Scale" section.

Delivery Service UPS:
- Within a 2 km radius in the city (7 km radius in rural areas) to the parcel shop - UPS Access Point™ - the following applies: one delivery attempt (two delivery attempts for B2B), followed by interim storage at the parcel shop - UPS Access Point™ - with an additional information letter to the customer.
- Outside a 2 km radius in the city (7 km radius in rural areas) to the parcel shop - UPS Access Point™ - the following applies: two delivery attempts, followed by interim storage at the depot with an additional information letter to the customer. Upon explicit request, a third delivery attempt will be made.
Please note:
- You will receive both the order confirmation and the information about the successful print data check via email.
- A change in the delivery time leads to a change in the product price due to the associated re-determination of the production time.
- The execution of the order can only begin after receipt of payment and timely provision of error-free print data. Depending on this, the specified delivery time may be extended. Furthermore, please note that payment in advance is not possible for express and overnight deliveries.
Notes on Freight Shipping:
- Shipping may be carried out in multiple packages if necessary
- Delivery is made free to the curbside
- Unloading via the side of the truck
- No ramp unloading at the rear
- For unloading, a forklift or electric pallet truck may be required. Please refer to the product description for the required load capacity of the forklift or electric pallet truck.
