Solar Power for Green Production
With 3,170 solar modules and a total output of over 1,400 kWp, our online printing company already covers around 50% of order capacity with solar power; under optimal sunlight conditions, we even operate completely autonomously and climate-friendly. The planned expansion of the photovoltaic system will add approximately 110 kWp to further increase the share of renewable energies.
In addition to solar technology, we rely on four powerful HUAWEI LUNA 2000 storage packages, each with a capacity of 200 kWh. By using these innovative storage solutions, excess solar power is efficiently stored and used as needed, whether to cover production peaks or to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
Energy-Efficient Printing Technology
With the investment in two new high-performance printing machines from Durst, Vispronet® relies on innovative digital printing technology.
Energy-intensive xenon burners were replaced by energy-saving LED technology. Combined with up to 60 percent lower power consumption of the new machine generation, this led to complete elimination of ozone emissions and improved air quality.
Sustainable Printing Inks for Environmentally Friendly Production
In our online printing company, we rely on environmentally friendly production standards. The VOC-free UV inks ensure that printed products are low-emission and contribute to clean indoor air. They hold the GREENGUARD and GREENGUARD Gold certifications awarded according to strict scientific standards (test standard UL 2818).
Furthermore, water-based sublimation inks, dispersion, and pigment dyes are used in production to support sustainable and low-emission manufacturing.
Environmental Management According to Highest Standards
We are actively committed to environmental protection and align ourselves with the recognized environmental management systems EMAS II and DIN EN ISO 14001. These systems help us systematically record, control, and continuously reduce environmental impacts. Through clear environmental objectives, sustainable production processes, and regular audits, we make an important contribution to environmental protection.
Systems Made from Natural Wood with FSC® Certification
For sleds, director's and deck chairs, as well as various wooden displays, only FSC®-certified wood from native tree species is used. The FSC® seal of the Forest Stewardship Council guarantees ecological and sustainable forest management that protects biodiversity and avoids clear-cutting and biocides.
GREEN Plus – Recycled Materials for Sustainable Advertising Media
Resource-conserving and environmentally friendly: GREEN Plus printing substrates consist of 100% recycled PET bottles, are Global Recycled Standard certified, and save up to 3 kg CO₂ per 1 kg PET. Thanks to their high-quality properties, they are comparable to conventional materials and convince with individual printability, high lightfastness, and brilliant colors.
